I have been calling someone for two hours now with a constantly ringing smoke alarm going off. I am trying to find out what I need to do, but there has been no response from this horrible company.

Verified Reviewer |I tried reaching out to report a problem with your home and Rently asked me to pay. That is not good business,
I showed your property and the door would not close and lock. I tried to call you to report the issue .
No person answered the phone, I go online to report the issues and it was requested I pay to tell you there is a problem with your door.
I am not sharing my credit card information with you. WORST experience ever!

On 7/30/23 a large thunderstorm knocked out
Power all over Branson Missouri where we live The Power was out for 11.5 hrs. When
The power was restored our rently lock
On the front door did not work.
We reported
To our property mgr Mynd Property mgr
They sent a third party company to check lock..he said there was moisture in lock box
and it was not fixable.
We are in our 5th day
Of not being able to lock our front door.
At this point, nothing has been done
About the situation, and we have a security
Situation...if I receive no remedy I will replace our lock with a manual locking system. If I need to return to your company

Trying to rent a house
Customer service rep is rude and doesnt seem like she has time to help. We are very close to saying forget Rently and use someone else.
We have 85000 in the bank I get a SSI check once a month for 3300 my mother in law who we are caregivers for because she has Alzheimers and is bed ridden.
My wife has POA plus we have papers from the attorney where my wife gets paid 7200 a month for taking care of her mother. But yet we cant get anywhere with Rently

Rently stop me from viewing homes, no explanation. I wrote support took yall 4 weeks to get back to me, and when your did talking about can't take the hold off because of violation.
What violation? No explanation, what can I possibly have violated viewing to many houses at once.
Very confused. Yall need to do better with yall support team.

Found this aptnon marketplace. I spoke with the owner.
I have her 100.00 for application then she told us to meet her there no one showed. The next morning shecall at 6 AM reminding me to be here at 12.
My husband and I were thete15 miearl. Valle her numerously times wear just about homeless so losing this apt is breaking our heart!!!give back 100.00ldont use tently

I was told that my accounts was suspended and could not be told why and that it could not be reinstated also not given a reason or refund

I couldn't get in home. I need a refund.
My daughter paid for us to view 3 houses and the app would not give her a code because she was not in front of the house. The link I was texted didn't work.
Thus I paid and downloaded the app and could not get a code even though I was in front of the house. We spoke to 3 different Rently representatives who all said something different and no one was able to help us. No one could give us a code. The code finally given from the app was wrong and didn't match the numbers on the box.
The same thing happened with the listed house down the street. No one can meet you at a house.
Now I'm back in Texas and can't view houses in Georgia in 30 days. We both need to be refunded.

I have been using rently now for over 2 years. One day it just stopped working.
After almost 2 month I was able to speak with someone for them to tell me it was computer generated for the pause there was nothing they can do.
He told me I would have to find another way to view the properties which is contact the agent or owner. So unfair.

I have paid the so called 2.99 twice and have yet to be able to get into a single home for the last 2 months and 15 homes in the Ft Myers area. Today 5/10/23 I was trying to set up to see some more homes again when I couldn't do anything on the First Key Homes & Mainstreet Renewals listings.
I was on the phone between Rently and First Key for 3 hours straight to find out that Tently has suspended my account. Rently suspended my account an can not tell me why or fix the problem.
I have 3 weeks to get out of the place I am now and because of this I can not deal with any other realtor that also deals with Renly. Not sure (yet) what this companies deal or scam is but I'm glad I found out about Rently threw internet before I gave any sort of down payment because it looks like they have scammed a lot of people

This is not reliable, have been to several properties and experience the same problem, then it locks you out for 24hr.
Clearly someone is not doing their job!

No one seem to be able to help me I kept getting change from department of department from then I called progress and a car rental and I still didn't get assisting a sit by that house me and my wife almost an hour and a half trying to get in no one seem to be able to help us then to find a call tell me to hold on and hang up on me
